Shipping & Returns: Effective June 27, 2026
Thank you for shopping with The Squishy Life! We’re excite to help bring a little extra joy to your family and furry friends.
Shipping: Every order is packed with care by our small team. While we work hard to ship everything as quickly as possible, most orders are processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Shipping times may vary based on your location, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Preorders: From time to time, we may offer preorder items. If your order includes a preorder product, shipping timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page. If an order contains both a preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together unless otherwise noted.
Returns: We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact Us page so we can make it right. If you simply change your mind, unused products in their original condition with any applicable tags intact may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged item. Refunds will be issues to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: digital downloads, personalized or custom-made items, or gift cards.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we’ll gladly help you locate a package whenever possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
